Refund policy

1. Returns & Exchanges

• We accept returns of unworn, unused items in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
• You must request a return within 15 days of the delivery date.
• Some items may be marked “final sale” and are not eligible for return; this will be noted on the product page or at checkout.
• For returns due to change of mind (including size or style preference), you are responsible for return shipping costs unless we state otherwise.
• For items that are defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will offer an appropriate remedy (replacement, repair, or refund) and may provide a prepaid return label or reimburse reasonable return shipping costs.
• Special Note for Shoes: Shoes must be tried on indoors on a clean surface. Any visible signs of wear on the outsoles may make the item ineligible for return.

2. Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your return, if approved, we will issue a refund to your original form of payment.
• Original shipping charges are non‑refundable, unless the return is due to our error or as otherwise required by law.
• Refund timing depends on your payment provider, but it may take several business days for the credit to appear on your statement after we process it.

3. Exchanges

• If exchanges are available, you may request a different size or color of the same style, subject to availability.
• Where a direct exchange is not possible, we may ask you to return the item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

4. Changes to This Policy

• We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.
