1. Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 3-7 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. holidays).
- During high-volume periods (new collection launches, holiday season, etc.), processing may take a little longer. If we expect a significant delay, we may contact you via email.
2. Shipping Destinations
- We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.
3. Shipping Methods & Rates
- Available shipping methods (e.g., Standard, Expedited) and rates are shown at checkout before you confirm your order.
- Any free shipping thresholds or special shipping promotions will be clearly stated on our website or during checkout.
4. Delivery Timeframes
- Estimated delivery time at checkout = processing time + carrier transit time. These are estimates only and not guaranteed delivery dates.
- If we are unable to ship your order within the time we stated (or, if no time was stated, within a reasonable time such as 30 days), we will contact you to obtain your consent to the delay or offer you a cancellation and refund.
5. Order Tracking
- When your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details (if provided by the carrier).
- You can use this tracking number on the carrier’s website to follow the progress of your shipment.
6. Delivery Issues & Risk of Loss
- Please ensure your shipping address and contact information are complete and accurate. We are not responsible for delivery problems caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.
- Risk of loss passes to you when the order is delivered to the shipping address you provided.
- If a parcel arrives visibly damaged, we recommend refusing the delivery or taking photos of the parcel and contacting us and/or the carrier as soon as possible.
7. Lost or Stolen Packages
- If your tracking shows “delivered” but you cannot locate the package, please first check with household members, building management, or neighbors.
- Then contact the carrier with your tracking number. After the carrier’s investigation, you can contact us with the details, and we will review next steps based on the outcome and circumstances.

- We may update this Shipping Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.
